$200 service award · Option A (Men's) or Option B (Women's)

You're also welcome to choose a jacket from a lower milestone: 5 Years, 10 Years, 15 Years.

$250 service award · Option A (Men's) or Option B (Women's)

You're also welcome to choose a jacket from a lower milestone: 5 Years, 10 Years, 15 Years, 20 Years.

Good to know

Your award covers one jacket from your milestone or any lower milestone.
Shipping to your home is included, and there are no extra charges for 2XL and larger sizes.
Every jacket is embroidered with the Arnot Health logo. Your name and department are optional and are stitched beneath the logo — on the left chest, or on the right chest when the jacket has its own logo on the left (The North Face styles).
